  IT'S ABOUT TIME CAMPAIGN 

With a small budget, my team and I created an HCP campaign that leveraged the competitive advantage and new indication of Anavip. We planned and executed the core campaign art and messaging. We found the best and partnered with international award-winning photographer Mark Laita. Mark's team helped us carefully photograph 3 venomous snakes during the 2020 Covid lockdown. From there, we developed all sales collateral for salesforce. Created all supporting collateral, including booth signage, website (anavip.com), reconstitution video, P&T presentation to name a few. This campaign changed the antivenin market shortly after it's launch with 113% of projected sales in Year 1, 115% of projected sales in Year 2, increased hospital sales penetration by 43% in 2021 vs 2020 and gained the majority of market share (58%) within 6 months of campaign rollout. Not all budgets need to be big to influence change. Finding the right mix of creative and messaging is all you need.
